Payments, Transactions & Refund Policy

Deposits are usually credited to your account within 15 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Please keep the following in mind:
- Deposited funds are non-refundable except where a technical error has occurred.
- Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
